1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "bukti4" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino website accessible at bukti4.cam and all associated services, software, and content.
• "User", "Member", "You", or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the bukti4 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal member account created by the User upon successful registration and identity verification.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by the User on a sports event, live casino game, slot machine, or togel draw offered on the bukti4 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or any other incentive offered by bukti4 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility Requirements

In order to register an account and use the services offered by bukti4, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bukti4 operates a strict age-verification policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and each subsequent login session. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bukti4 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously been excluded from the platform due to problem gambling, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creation of multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") for the purpose of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other reason is strictly forbidden and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must match the details on your government-issued identification document (KTP).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify bukti4 customer support immediately.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bukti4 is required by international gaming regulations and anti-money-laundering (AML) legislation to verify the identity of all account holders. Upon registration or at any point thereafter, you may be required to provide the following documents:

• A clear, legible photograph of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or other government-issued photo identification showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• A recent selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for identity confirmation.
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) issued within the last three months, clearly showing your full name and residential address.

Failure to provide the requested documents within 30 days of the request may result in restriction of account functionality, including suspension of withdrawal privileges. All documents submitted will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored securely.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Supported Deposit Methods

bukti4 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but unusually large transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence and AML screening. All deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation of payment receipt.

5.2 Currency and Fees

All transactions on the bukti4 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. bukti4 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs — these are your sole responsibility.

5.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your bukti4 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. bukti4 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 in a single transaction may require additional security verification.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

bukti4 processes withdrawal requests according to the following schedule:

• Bronze Tier Members: Withdrawals processed within 4 hours on average during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB).
• Silver Tier Members: Withdrawals processed within 2 hours on average, including weekends and public holidays.
• Gold Tier Members: Priority processing with withdrawals completed within 1 hour on average, 24/7.

Withdrawal times are measured from the moment your withdrawal request is approved by our finance team to the moment funds are released to your bank or e-wallet provider. Actual receipt of funds may take an additional few minutes to several hours depending on your payment provider's processing speed.

6.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

For security and AML compliance reasons, all withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If you deposited via BCA bank transfer, your withdrawal will be sent to your registered BCA account. If you deposited via OVO, your withdrawal will be sent to your registered OVO account, and so forth.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

bukti4 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) that must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a 100% welcome bonus up to Rp 1.000.000 with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling Rp 10.000.000 (10 times the bonus amount) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute 10%–50%. Specific contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms for each promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bukti4 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if we determine that a User is engaging in bonus abuse. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, opposite betting, low-margin betting, or any other strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds with minimal risk.

8. Betting Rules and Conduct

8.1 Fair Play

All Users must engage with the platform in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage betting or engaging in risk-free betting strategies across multiple platforms.
• Betting on events where you have inside information or a conflict of interest (e.g., betting on a match in which you or a close associate is participating).

Any User found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have all bets voided, all winnings forfeited, and their account permanently closed.

8.2 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

bukti4 reserves the right to refuse any bet at our sole discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. In the event of an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to a technical glitch), bukti4 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.

All bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event or game. Settlement is typically completed within minutes of the event conclusion, but may take longer for events requiring official confirmation or review.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

bukti4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. All members have access to the following features:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a specified period.

• Losses incurred as a result of reliance on information, odds, or statistics provided on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform or these Terms & Conditions is to discontinue use of the services and close your account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bukti4 is licensed and regulated. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.
